1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to BarbellBites. By accessing or using our website, mobile application or services (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

BarbellBites provides digital fitness and nutrition products, including:

• Downloadable workout programmes (PDF format)
• Nutrition guides and meal plans (PDF format)
• A 12-week training hub delivered as a Notion template
• Bundles combining training and nutrition products
• Custom training and nutrition plans written to your answers

Our digital products are sold through our website and delivered electronically after purchase.

3. User accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

4. Purchases and payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Payment processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

4.3 Digital product delivery

When your payment succeeds, we email your download links to the address you paid with. Custom plans are delivered by email within the time shown when you order.

5. Refund policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the download has been accessed or the product has been delivered. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing download (if we cannot resolve them)
• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Product not as described

Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, unless you have already downloaded or accessed the digital content and acknowledged that you lose your cancellation right.

6. Licence and usage rights

When you buy a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

Our fitness and nutrition content is for information only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme. We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may result from following our programmes.

11.3 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BARBELLBITES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
